IMPORTANT CHANGES, DETAILS & INSTRUCTIONS

Harvest Dinner Details!
 

  • TIME CHANGE: The family-style service has been removed from the schedule so the upscale, 7-course meal will now proceed at a NEW time! Seating will open at 5PM and service will begin at 5:30PM.
 
  • ADMISSION: All guests must enter the harvest tent wearing a wristband. The person who purchased the tickets, must pick up all wristbands for their party from the *VOLUNTEER TENT between 11AM-4PM. (*located near Powers Realty, 4214 N Oakland)

 

  • SEATING: You will be seated with those you purchased tickets with. If you would like to be seated near another group/person, please submit your request by responding to this email no later than Wednesday, Sept 11th by 8pm. *While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they are not guaranteed.

 

  • BEVERAGES: For those who did not add the pairing option, N/A drinks will be served and adult beverages will be available for purchase during dinner from the CASH ONLY beverage cart.
