Shorewood Business District News – December 2020

THE NEW YEAR IS ALMOST HERE!

As 2020 comes to a close (phew) we have so much to be thankful for. Your support of our local businesses during this crazy time means more to us than you will ever know. Our community has stepped up in ways that we could never imagine and we are grateful to every one of you – from ordering takeout, shopping local, participating in virtual workshops, purchasing gift cards, referring friends, to leaving positive reviews on social media. Every one of these actions helps our small businesses!

Art Auction Success!

The art auction for the Shorewood Artists Guild in partnership with the BID was a huge success according to our local artists! Over $2,000 worth of artwork was sold and maybe even more importantly the guild had about 1,600 views on the auction website and countless views of the art throughout the business district. Shout out to the awesome collaboration between the artists and the business owners who displayed their work and of course to all of you who purchased art!
If you are interested in purchasing more art, please feel free to reach out to Sangeeta Patel via email or join the Shorewood Artists Guild Facebook Page

They can even put together an amazing gift box for you!

Signature Sweets Now Open!

We are so excited to announce the opening of Shorewood’s newest bakery, Signature Sweets!
