Buttermint Finer Dining & Cocktails Now Open for Brunch
Buttermint is now open for Weekend Brunch service Saturdays and Sunday from 9am to 2 pm Buttermint continues its celebration of 1960s cuisine with mid-century takes on modern-day brunch “classics” like omelettes and benedicts, as well as more traditional dishes from the 60s (like Chicken a la King) turned out to fit a modern brunch menu. Hive Orthodontics Opening Soon!
Hive Orthodontics is opening soon next to Orange Theory on Oakland Avenue! Dr. Ami specializes in the orthodontic treatment of kids, adolescents, and adults. Hive Orthodontics focuses on early interventive care to prevent more severe issues in the future, routine orthodontic treatment, and also treatments that some may consider cosmetic using braces and clear aligners, like Invisalign. Hive Orthodontics’ hours will be Wednesday 8am to 5pm, and Fridays 8am to 3pm. Dr. Ami can’t wait to start serving the community of Shorewood!

Welcome Home Again
Shorewood welcome’s Kristina and her staff from Home Again into the old Hayak Pharmacy location on the corner of Capitol Drive and Downer Avenue. Home Again makes old things new again with custom upholstery, refurbishing, painting, and repairs of well loved furniture. The store hours are Thursday through Saturday 11am to 7pm and other hours by appointment. With an amazing workshop and consultation space, Kristina is home again, home again, jiggity jig!

Brio Studios Shorewood is Milwaukee’s newest children’s creative arts center located right in the heart of Shorewood. Founded in 2005 with their Brookfield studio, Brio opened their brand new Shorewood location in the fall of 2021. As a nationally-recognized creative arts studio, they cherish the local connection and are thrilled to share their love for the arts and education with the students, community, and beyond.
At Brio they teach much more than the principles of dance and art. Their mission is to foster a love and passion for the arts that will inspire children to achieve their greatest potential in anything they do. Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin Shorewood Physical Therapy Expands Clinic
Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin (OHOW) Shorewood Physical Therapy is pleased to announce the expansion of their out-patient physical therapy clinic located at 3970 N. Oakland Avenue, Suite 102.
The project will double the size of the current clinic to over 5,000 sq. ft and will be complete in early Fall 2022. The clinic services include general orthopedics, sports medicine, balance training, dry needling, custom orthotics, and surgical rehabilitation. The clinic also offers pelvic floor physical therapy, a treatment for many women’s health conditions. To enhance our commitment to the Shorewood community, OHOW now employs the athletic trainer for Shorewood High School. The expansion project would not be possible without the Shorewood community’s support.
